PRODUCTIONS
MUCPTM piles are manufactured under factory controlled conditions that are certified to ISO 9001:2015.
Our piles are produced in rigid and dimensionally accurate moulds to facilitate the accurate fixing of steel reinforcement cages and joint plate. In order to produce high performance products, the production accommodates with external vibrations system to provide an stability and efficient compacting process on concrete.

Safe working load = 0.275fcu *AC + fsc *AS
where,
fcu = characteristic strenght of concrete at 28 days (45N/mm)
AC = area of concrete
AS = area of main reinforcement
fsc = 175N/mm for high yield steel
